I don’t know about you but I think house hunting is so much fun! Everyone has a list of needs and wants when it comes to their dream home. But what happens when you walk into a home and it isn’t really speaking to you? Maybe the walls are covered in wallpaper and the clutter never ends. It can be SO hard to look past the visual noise that but it is so important to try when you are house hunting because, at the end of the day, the clutter isn’t what you are buying. The walls and permanent features of the home are what you are spending your money on. You just need to learn how to picture yourself in that space and determine what you would be able to do with it.

Rules To Follow When Getting A Loan To Buy A Home

Buying a home isn’t necessarily a walk in the park. There are a lot of steps involved! One of the bigger, more confusing steps, is the loan process. You are getting a bank, or some sort of mortgage lender to entrust you with hundreds of thousands of dollars. Yeah, that is a big deal! The bank will have you jump through a couple of hoops to be sure they can trust you with their money. It doesn’t need to be a big scary process, but there are a few rules you can follow to ensure you keep the process as seamless as possible. When Can You Move in After Closing?

From the very first time that you see your future home and throughout the negotiating process, you are most likely dreaming about the day you can move into it. You probably have been counting the seconds until closing day, planning all the ways you will decorate it and how your family will settle into your new home. Don't be fooled, not everyone is lucky enough to receive the keys to their new home immediately after closing. 

It is so important for your agent to communicate with the seller's agent. Find out the earliest you can occupy the home and if the sellers will need time to move out after the recording date.
